J.J. Keller & Associates has named Dana S. Gilman chief financial officer, replacing Roger Porath, who is retiring in April after 37 years with the company.

Keller, he helped create and launch the company’s Driver Management Online service as well as built its national field sales program. Most recently, Govin served as senior director of field sales.

“Chad has had an amazing career at J. J. Keller so far, and I’m excited to see what he’ll accomplish in his new vice president role,” said Rustin R. Keller, executive vice president and COO. “He has been essential to making our national field sales program a success.”
