Robert Goldston, senior manager of business development for specialty markets for Dana Commercial Vehicle Driveline Technologies, has been elected chair of the Heavy Duty Marketing and Sales Forum for the Heavy Duty Manufacturers Assn.
Composed of sales and marketing executives from member companies, the Heavy Duty Marketing and Sales Forum is a peer discussion group that hosts an interactive dialogue on market developments, drives the direction and content of HDMA market research publications, and reviews industry trends and forecasts. Membership is by invitation only and is limited to 50 sales and marketing executives.
A member of HDMA’s Heavy Duty Marketing and Sales Forum since 2008, Goldston also served on the group’s board of governors in 2011-12 and as vice chair in 2013.
“Dana has established a leadership position in the commercial-vehicle market through a relentless drive for innovation guided by ongoing dialogues with manufacturers, end users, and highly respected industry organizations,” said Pat D’Eramo, president of Dana Commercial Vehicle Driveline Technologies. “Dana’s association with HDMA is essential in helping us fully parse industry trends and focus our solutions strategy to anticipate customer needs.”
