New CEO named for Fras-le

Pedro Ferro has been named CEO of Fras-le, a developer and manufacturer of friction materials, brake pads, brake linings and clutch facings.

Ferro joins Fras-le, a part of the Randon Group of companies, from Meritor, where he was senior vice president and president of Aftermarket & Trailers. He has also held executive positions with Cummins, The Marmon Group, and Motor Coach Industries.

Ferro replaces Daniel R. Randon, who moves over to serve as CFO of the Randon Group. Fras-le is headquartered in Brazil with manufacturing facilities in Brazil, the U.S. and China and warehouses in Germany, the U.S., Arab Emirates and Argentina.
