Here is a look at what is happening in the world of trucking today:
- In an ironic twist, a truck carrying water caught fire and burned up in Sonoita, AZ, last week. The trucks, says the Weekly Bulletin, was heading to Mexico with the water as part of a humanitarian mission.
- For fans of the Longhorns, Chevrolet announced it is offering a special edition University of Texas Longhorn Silverado complete with UT logo. KVUE has the story and pictures.

- Warren Buffett’s BNSF railroad is tapping into the Mexico market with the use of intermodal operations. Bloomberg reports.
- Someone in Vancouver does not like diesel, as vandals are reported to have disabled the diesel pumps at Chevron stations in the city, says The Vancouver Sun.
- Anheuser-Busch is converting its entire Houston fleet to natural gas vehicles, reports the Houston Chronicle.

- The world’s largest truck convoy will roll down Highway 41 in Wisconsin to raise funds for Special Olympics Wisconsin in a few weeks. The Northwestern details the event.
