WIX Filters announces personnel shifts

Feb. 5, 2015

WIX Filters has announced several personnel shifts within its organization.

Steve Freestone will transition to technical services coordinator and Lee Harris is shifting from technical services coordinator to graphic design and technical writer. Also, Marty Rhodes is now technical service and customer training manager, focusing on warranties, customer training and technical product details.

Finally, Susan Thompson, product information and technical services manager, is a “communications gatekeeper” for customers and the sales team, WIX said. She and her team oversee all product-related materials, including vetting bulletins and instruction sheets – all information goes in and out of WIX through them.

“WIX’s legacy is built on technical superiority, outstanding customer service and global reach,” said Greg Dillman, senior vice president, North America operations for Affinia Group Inc. “Led by Edward Covington, this team is dedicated to growing and improving the business in those areas – and looks for ways to innovate what we’re already doing. We’re going to raise the bar even further, and make our processes even more seamless.”
