Ward International celebrates grand opening of new facility

April 23, 2015

Ward International Trucks celebrated its grand opening at its new dealership facility in Tallahassee, FL, last month.

“Ward International has been serving commercial truck and bus customers in the Tallahassee market since 2003,” said Leigh Ward Breal, dealer principal. “Our newly renovated facility will provide an even better customer and employee experience with key features that will improve efficiency, vehicle uptime, and customer service.”

The 26,500-sq.-ft. facility, formerly a waste management vehicle service site, underwent extensive renovations, Ward said. According to the company, key features include nine service bays, three of them dedicated to servicing compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquid natural gas (LNG) vehicles; two steam and wash bays; increased parts warehousing with high density bins for fast retrieval and a second floor for expanded storage; and a drivers’ lounge with Wi-Fi access, flat screen TV, seating, desks, computers and phones.

Speaking to the 150 attendees at the open house, Breal expressed the excitement of the Ward International employee team in welcoming customers to the new facility.

“We invested in our Tallahassee dealership because we are committed to this market and surrounding area for the long haul,” Breal said. “We are dedicated to delivering the very best customer service in Tallahassee and across the Gulf Coast.”
