FleetPride announced that Don Sturdivant has been selected by the Board of Directors to serve as the new CEO of the company.According to FleetPride: “The board conducted a thorough and extensive search process for a CEO and it became clear during the process that Don's successful track record, prior experience and strong leadership skills made him the right leader for the job. The board is excited about having Don lead FleetPride and is very confident in Don and the entire FleetPride team's ability to drive the next phase of growth for the company.”Serving most recently as the interim CEO and as a member of the FleetPride Board of Directors since April 2014, the company said Sturdivant has developed a strong understanding of the company's operations, customers and suppliers. Prior to FleetPride, he served as CEO for Marietta Corporation, where he led a significant operational and commercial transformation of the business, FleetPride said. Previous to that, Don served as COO for Altivity Packaging.
