Tank Transport, based out of West Chester, Ohio, has recently opened new terminal facilities in Savannah, Ga., and North Charleston, S.C., to expand its intermodal and bulk transportation services. At the request of various existing customers, M.C. Tank Transport said it expanded in those two market spots to continue serving its “valued customer’s needs as well as provide a valued service to those communities through their distinct ‘managed services’ platforms.” M.C. Tank also seeks interested candidates to join its team as well, the company said. M.C. Tank Transport is hiring for all positions including: professional drivers, driver managers and diesel/trailer mechanics in the Savannah and North Charleston locations.“We offer an excellent compensation and benefit package to those who seek a career with a “family-oriented” and fast-paced growing company. Tank will be poised to offer other services as well in both locations,” the company noted. “M.C. Tank will have ‘heavy and light’ lifting capabilities in each location. In addition, M.C. Tank will have a full service maintenance shop in each location to offer maintenance and repair services to other carriers’ tractor and liquid bulk trailers/chassis trailer equipment. M.C. Tank will provide a full Depot services in each location as well in the near future.” Both locations are operated and managed by a management team with several years of experience in the intermodal and bulk business and manage a tractor fleet that is based out of each of the locations, the company said. “We are increasing our capabilities to ensure we operate more efficiently and provide optimal and reliable services throughout the United States and Canada regions for our valued customers,” said Mike Anderson, president. “I believe we will make a huge impact in the local communities and their economies through our corporate responsibility initiatives and core values by creating jobs and help sustain financial stability in our niche of business.”
