• C.R. England names new Dedicated Division president

    C.R. England chief operating officer Zach England announced the hiring of Kirk Freimuth as president of the company's Dedicated Division.

    C.R. England chief operating officer Zach England announced the hiring of Kirk Freimuth as president of the company's Dedicated Division. According to the company, Freimuth returns to C.R. England where he had previously worked since 2005.

    "I am pleased to welcome Kirk back to C.R. England in this very important role," England said. "Kirk brings to this position a knowledge and understanding that makes him uniquely qualified to lead our Dedicated Division. The division and the company will benefit from his leadership and innovation and it is great to have him back at C.R. England."

    Freimuth rejoins C.R. England after serving for three years as senior vice president at NFI in Cherry Hill, NJ.  Prior to his three-year tenure with NFI, Freimuth had been employed with C.R. England, working his way up through the Dedicated Division, according to the company. He has held such roles as operations manager, director, senior director and vice president in Dedicated, the company said.

    According to the company, Freimuth has worked in transportation since 1987, holding various positions throughout the industry.
