Help Inc. is adding staff to help manage growth in its operation of PrePass bypassing and other truck safety services.Jeff Christian recently joined Help as its new Chief Financial Officer. According to the company, Christian spent the past 23 years with The Churchill Companies, where he led the holding company’s tax department and provided financial and operational direction for multiple companies. Christian will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial and accounting management.Help said it also welcomed Paul Sullivan as its new regional director for several key states in the eastern part of the country. The company explained its regional directors serve as the initial point of contact with agencies responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement, credentialing and infrastructure protection.Sullivan, who spent 27 years with the Massachusetts State Police in commercial enforcement and roadside inspections, will represent Help with the states of Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, Ohio and Virginia. Sullivan also worked for the Federal Highway Administration and was the president of the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) from 2001-2003.Help also announced the assignment of Susan Martin to the new position of project manager. Formerly a regional director for the company, Martin will be working directly with Help executive management on projects ranging from truck parking pilot to ongoing enhancements to the PrePass system.“Help’s Board of Directors remains committed to a customer-centric system of truck safety and efficiency,” said Karen Rasmussen, president and CEO. “We value our partnerships with state agencies and expect the addition of Mr. Christian, Mr. Sullivan, along with Ms. Martin’s new role, will help us grow the services we provide our valued partners and customers and successfully implement more safety initiatives and new technologies.”
