Help Inc. is adding staff to help manage growth in its operation of PrePass bypassing and other truck safety services.Jeff Christian recently joined Help as its new Chief Financial Officer. According to the company, Christian spent the past 23 years with The Churchill Companies, where he led the holding company’s tax department and provided financial and operational direction for multiple companies. Christian will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial and accounting management.Help said it also welcomed Paul Sullivan as its new regional director for several key states in the eastern part of the country. The company explained its regional directors serve as the initial point of contact with agencies responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement, credentialing and infrastructure protection.Sullivan, who spent 27 years with the Massachusetts State Police in commercial enforcement and roadside inspections, will represent Help with the states of Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, Ohio and Virginia. Sullivan also worked for the Federal Highway Administration and was the president of the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) from 2001-2003.Help also announced the assignment of Susan Martin to the new position of project manager.
