Scottsdale, AZ-based vehicle- and asset-tracking solutions provider GPS Insight has marked a significant milestone: Inc. magazine has now ranked the company seven consecutive times on the annual Inc. 5000, which recognizes the nation's fastest-growing companies.

Very few GPS fleet tracking software companies have even made the 500/5000 list, the company notes, let alone this many years in a row. GPS Insight first made the list in 2010, when it was ranked #281. In subsequent years, the company ranked nos. 1574, 3003, 3294, 3133 and 2734, and this year is #3668 with $27.7 million in revenue last year and 85% three-year sales growth.

"No one makes the Inc. 5000 without building something great — usually from scratch," stated Inc. magazine President and Editor-in-Chief Eric Schurenberg. "That's one of the hardest things to do in business."

What's the secret? One contributor is GPS Insight's particular focus on customer satisfaction: the company states that "from the very beginning through your lifetime as a customer, we partner with you to be sure you're happy and successful." GPS Insight says its fleet tracking systems reduce fuel and labor costs; improve driver and public safety; increase employee productivity and efficiency; improve customer satisfaction; and increase revenue.

The Inc. 5000's aggregate revenue is $200 billion, and the companies on the list collectively generated 640,000 jobs over the past three years, or about 8% of all jobs created in the U.S. economy during that period.

"We appreciate Inc. for honoring growing privately held companies and detailing their impressive accomplishments," stated Robert Donat, founder and CEO of GPS Insight.
