Mike Tucker has stepped down as president of VT Hackney Inc. after helming the company for 15 years.  Steve Miller replaces Tucker as president and CEO, the company announced.

“I have spent the last 26 years of my life working with the greatest people you could ask for to support our initiatives in growing a successful company,” stated Tucker. “The relationships we have solidified in the beverage, foodservice, and other industries allow the company to continue on a growth trajectory that will benefit VT Hackney in the future. I’m just at a point in my life where I am ready for a new challenge and believe this is the correct time for a new vision.”

Miller previously served as president of Waltco Lift Corporation and before that held the position of Vice President of Sales for Morgan Olson, according to the company.

“Mike has done a great job diversifying the products under both the Hackney and Kidron brands,” states Miller. “I look forward to working with VT Hackney team members and customers and begin the next chapter of VT Hackney. The transportation and delivery markets that we participate in are changing and adapting, and I feel we are positioned to take advantage of those opportunities.”
