• Penske opens new facility

    Penske Truck Leasing opened its new 14,400-sq.-ft. facility in Norton, MA, at 40 Commerce Way, in the Norton Industrial Park.

    Penske Truck Leasing announces the opening of its new 14,400-sq.-ft. facility in Norton, MA, located at 40 Commerce Way, in the Norton Industrial Park.The 6.2-acre location employs 25 associates and maintains over 450 vehicles onsite. Penske offers full-service truck leasing, consumer and commercial truck rental and contract truck fleet maintenance services.The one-story building features three service bays, a truck wash bay and a two-lane fuel island with high-speed fuel dispensing. It also has diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) pumps for fast and efficient service. A wireless technology component allows Penske service technicians to integrate diagnostic repair software. "Penske decided to expand our footprint in the Northeast area of the country," said Jack Gallagher, senior vice president – Northeast Region, Penske Truck Leasing. "This state-of-the-art facility positions Penske to be more competitive locally and to increase our market share. We anticipate adding additional Penske associates to mirror the expected growth correlating with this new location."
