Michelin Americas Truck Tires announced Fleet Tire will join the Michelin Commercial Service Network (MCSN). Fleet Tire operates its commercial/retail locations in Knoxville, TN, with five service trucks and six TIA-certified service specialists. According to the company, as part of the MCSN, Fleet Tire will offer a range of services, including repairs, routine service, diagnostics, inspection, alignments, Michelin OnCall 24/7/365 emergency road service (ERS), and Michelin Tire Care preventative tire monitoring for fleets needing service and tires in the busy I-40, I-75, and I-81 highway area.

“As our newest member to the Michelin Commercial Service Network family, Fleet Tire has had a 28-year-long relationship with Michelin providing quality service for our Eastern Tennessee fleet customers,” said Ralph Dimenna, chief operating officer for Michelin Americas Truck Tires Division. “The addition of Michelin OnCall and Michelin Tire Care to Fleet Tire’s portfolio of services will amplify the network’s collective service level for fleets located in or traveling through the region.”

According to Micheline, the addition of Fleet Tire brings the MCSN to approximately 600 locations across the United States. Fleet Tire will provide professional service to commercial customers with Michelin, BFGoodrich and Uniroyal products that include commercial truck, motor home and trailer, and  passenger/light truck tires, the company said. Fleet Tire has also offered Michelin Retread Technologies products since 1999.

“The Michelin Commercial Service Network program gives fleets confidence that their needs will be met professionally with an emphasis on their bottom line,” said Jerry Linginfelter, president of Fleet Tire. “We are proud to be the newest MCSN member as well as an integral part of the Knoxville community. We believe in being a good community citizen by contributing to a wide range of charitable programs in the area.”
