    State of Logistics report briefing

    The 25th annual State of Logistics report, authored by Rosalyn Wilson under the auspicies of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and sponsored by Penske Logistics, indicated some psoitive trends are taking shape for trucking -- especially the expectation for significant freight rate increases in the range of 5% to 8% by the end of 2014.
