Noregon at ATA TMC 2026 in Nashville Noregon had the pleasure of attending ATA’s Technology and Maintenance Council (TMC) Annual Meeting for another year. This year’s convention was held in Nashville, Tennessee at the iconic Music City Center, showcasing the industry’s latest products and service offerings, and bringing together spectators ranging from CEOs and fleet managers to technicians and sales representatives across the service and maintenance sectors. JPRO Earns HDT Top 20 Products Award One of Noregon’s biggest highlights, however, was being awarded HDT’s Top 20 Products Award. This year’s product recognition goes to JPRO for its Clean Truck Check pre-scan, which helps fleets identify issues that could impact regulatory compliance with CARB’s Clean Truck Check requirements. In recognition of this achievement, accepting the trophy was our own Jason Hedman, one of Noregon’s Product Managers who has been with the company for nearly 20 years with 30 years worth of overall industry experience. While receiving the award, he stated, “It’s an honor to receive this award, and it honestly wouldn’t be possible without the hard work and dedication of the entire company.” Addressing the Diesel Technician Shortage In addition to walking the show floor and speaking with booth visitors, Noregon team members had a chance to attend several technical sessions. One of the sessions, which focused on the diesel technician shortage, highlighted ATRI’s study on how 29% of technicians entering the industry consider the cost of tools to be a barrier for them, in addition to 10.8% citing poor training and mentorship. In response to these challenges, Noregon continues to invest in accessible resources like Noregon’s Education Program , we’re proud to provide incoming technicians with the resources they need to ease these burdens by providing participating schools with the technology and training needed to prepare students for their careers. Connecting with Customers and Industry Partners Beyond the show floor and educational sessions, TMC provided the rare opportunity to get the whole industry together. As a thank you to our customers and partners this year, Noregon hosted a hospitality event just steps away from Nashville’s legendary Broadway atop Jon Bon Jovi’s bar with a live band for entertainment and hors d’oeuvres, giving us a chance to connect with those in all parts of the industry. Overall, the 2026 TMC event was a success! We want to thank ATA’s Technology and Maintenance council, sponsors, and participants for making this show such a highlight to attend each year.  A Modern Approach to CAN Bus Diagnostics Why traditional CAN bus diagnostics fail and how modern diagnostics identify faults faster.
