Carrier Transicold
Carrier Transicold has updated its Lynx Fleet telematics platform with performance-based diagnostics, enhanced location and temperature monitoring, a new API toolkit, and support for sensors on dry vans and other equipment, including TRUs from other manufacturers
Carrier says the new TRU Health feature automatically evaluates each TRU’s systems and components, enabling service decisions based on performance rather than calendar alerts or manual checks. It monitors battery voltage, fuel levels, active alarms, engine run-hours, door activity, and more, delivering at-a-glance health indicators on a single dashboard with the ability to drill down for details. TRU Health also draws on data from other units in the network to put your scores in context.
Lynx Fleet hardware comes standard on Carrier Transicold’s most popular trailer TRUs. Fuel sensors, temperature probes, door switches, solar panels, and other components can be added as needed.
Hyundai Translead
HT LinkVue, Hyundai Translead’s trailer camera system, is engineered to enhance visibility across fleet operations. Equipped with four high-resolution cameras and onboard DVR recording, it delivers a real-time 360-degree view that helps drivers navigate tight spaces and avoid incidents. The system is Wi-Fi enabled and compatible with both Android and iOS devices, eliminating the need for additional in-cab monitors. Hyundai Translead says this technology provides fleets with the visibility and intelligence needed to improve operational efficiency. For added flexibility, HT LinkVue integrates with fleet management platforms Samsara and Platform Science while also offering compatibility with a broad range of other providers to support fleet operations. HT LinkVue is available for both new builds and retrofits.
Peterson Manufacturing
The Peterson Repairable J560 seven-way cable uses a replaceable end that installs with a simple twist. The company says this design results in labor savings by replacing the cartridge (HW799) at the end of the seven-way cable, maintaining the cable length. According to Peterson, what makes this product unique is that the key feature is the replaceable cartridge, allowing for tool-free installation with just a simple twist, lock, and go, reducing downtime and saving on associated costs. Available in straight and angled configurations, lengths available include 12, 13.5, 15, and 20 ft. The company says all this results in increased driver satisfaction, reduced vehicle downtime, and fewer CSA violations.
Phillips Connect
A tractor-trailer mispull—when a driver hooks up to the wrong trailer—isn’t just an honest mistake. It’s a costly disruption that delays shipments, ties up drivers, and can lead to detention fees, cargo loss, or safety risks. Phillips Connect says its T/T Pair is "the only solution that confirms the correct connection the moment the driver plugs in the power cable," before the truck ever moves. Unlike GPS or Bluetooth-based systems that trigger delayed or inaccurate alerts, T/T Pair is said to deliver reliable verification at the point of connection. Easy to install and integrate into existing fleet systems, T/T Pair helps eliminate yard errors, streamline operations, and protect cargo.
Road Ready Telematics
Road Ready delivers telematics solutions for all trailer types, designed to optimize fleet efficiency and asset protection. The company says its track and trace system provides real-time GPS location updates, geofencing, and movement history, ensuring visibility into trailer activity and asset tracking. The Road Ready cargo sensor helps fleets maximize trailer utilization and reduce empty miles. The tire health solutions integrate with leading tire pressure and inflation systems, providing real-time pressure and temperature monitoring to prevent blowouts and improve fuel efficiency. RoadReady says that with integration into the Road Ready platform, fleets gain insights that enhance safety, reduce downtime, and improve operational performance—all while keeping valuable assets visible and protected.
Samsara
Samsara says its AI Multicam System provides 360-degree visibility around trailers to prevent accidents and resolve disputes. This solution integrates up to four additional HD camera streams with an AI Dash Cam, offering a total of six views and optional audio. AI detections, including Pedestrian Collision Warning, are extended to side and rear cameras, alerting drivers to risks in real time via an in-cab monitor. Multicam eliminates blind spots, giving drivers confidence. Footage retrieval is easier and more customizable, allowing targeted downloads for efficient incident resolution, driver exoneration, and reduced insurance costs. Samsara's system accommodates both Samsara and third-party cameras, adaptable to any fleet's needs.
Thermo King
Thermo King's TracKing Smart Trailer telematics platform, introduced earlier this year, delivers 360-degree visibility into trailer and cargo operations, enabling fleet managers to make informed decisions that optimize uptime. The system monitors tire pressure, brake health, door position, lights, and axle weight and features sensors, interior and rear-facing cameras, and other components. According to the company, fleet operators benefit from a centralized dashboard, remote diagnostics, GPS-based trip tracking, and cargo temperature monitoring with +/- 0.9-degree F accuracy. Through predictive maintenance, TracKing Smart Trailer is said to help avoid repairs, reduce fuel use, and support regulatory compliance for a safer and more efficient fleet.
Utility Trailer
Utility Trailer Connect, powered by Cargobull, is a telematics platform that simplifies fleet management with real-time, centralized access to trailer data. It supports all trailer types—dry vans, flatbeds, and reefers—regardless of manufacturer, by integrating IoT sensors and third-party systems into a single interface. The platform provides two offerings: UTC-BASIC and UTC-PRO. UTC-BASIC is ideal for dry vans and flatbeds, providing GPS tracking, tire pressure monitoring, and integration with the Bendix TABS-8 ABS system for insights into trailer weight and braking health. It can be factory-installed or retrofitted in just 15 minutes at a Cargobull dealership. UTC-PRO, tailored for cold-chain logistics, adds capabilities such as temperature monitoring, door sensors, and two-way communication with transport refrigeration units. These solutions deliver full fleet visibility, enhance operational efficiency, and simplify trailer management.
Wabash
Wabash's Trailers as a Service (TaaS) offerings are designed to transform how trailer capacity is sourced, managed, and deployed across North America. With its TaaS portfolio, the trailer-maker provides two solutions, TaaS Pools and TaaS Plus, each designed to address the specific challenges facing shippers, 3PLs, and carriers. TaaS Pools provides shippers with a service-provider–agnostic trailer pool. TaaS Plus is designed for 3PLs and brokers that want to operate more like asset carriers without the capital requirements of owning equipment.
Both offerings are powered by TrailerHawk.ai, a cargo security and access management startup that Wabash acquired last year. Wabash is incorporating the technology into its TaaS offering to provide enhanced visibility and analytics to customers.
ZF North America
ZF’s RSS 1M trailer system is engineered to help reduce the risk of rollovers. Featuring a two-sensor, one-modulator configuration, it integrates antilock braking with roll stability control. By continuously monitoring load status and lateral acceleration, the RSS 1M is designed to apply brake pressure when needed to support vehicle stability and help mitigate rollover risks, even when the towing tractor lacks its own stability control. Suitable for tankers, reefers, and flatbeds, the system supports both spring and air suspension setups and is available for OEM and retrofit applications. ZF says the compact, tank-mountable ECU/valve assembly includes integrated control and supply port screens for streamlined performance. Optional features include lift and tag axle control and telematics broadcasting capabilities. Developed to assist fleets in protecting cargo, reducing liability exposure, and improving operational performance, the RSS 1M reflects ZF’s commitment to intelligent trailer technology.
