The Intermodal Association of North America (IANA) has released Intermodal InfoSource, a directory of intermodal organizations and service providers, on CD-ROM. This directory lists more than 6,000 intermodal service providers and their suppliers, all either IANA members or associated motor carriers or vendors that support the industry.

Users can search the electronic industry database by company name, individual contact name, or category. Categories include motor carriers, water carriers, rail carriers, intermodal marketing companies, and industry suppliers. The supplier category includes 17 subcategories.

The corporate listing displays information on the company and individual contact selected. An address-book feature lets users create their own directory of contacts and business prospects.

The CD sells for $599. IANA member companies can order copies at a discount rate of $299. To order, phone Andy Korman at 800-221-5488, ext 7869; or e-mail [email protected]. Orders also can be placed from IANA's web site.
