Strip door system for refrigerated trucks
Aleco, manufacturer of PVC strip doors, introduces the Max Bullet truck-mount strip door system. It is designed to save fuel and increase efficiency by reducing the run time on a refrigeration unit and maintaining a stable temperature to reduce product spoilage.
The truck mount door system uses Aleco's patented MaxBullet aluminum mounting bar, which reduces installation time by using two easy-to-install L-brackets. Strips snap onto the mounting bar and lock in place with Hi-Viz fluorescent safety rings. The MaxBullet system may be used with either conventional roll-up or swing doors.
This system employs Aleco's Clear-Flex II Scratch-Guard ribbed PVC strip material. The strips are specially fabricated to hang straight without warping even in extreme low temperatures. The Scratch-Guard ribbed material offers superior scratch-resistance, will not stick to shrink wrap or boxes, and permits easy passage while providing an energy-tight seal.
