Mitchell 1 announced that technicians in TMCSuperTech2006 national technician skills competition used the company's Tractor-Trailer.net at the Service Information station, one of 10 Skills Challenge stations covering diagnostic skills areas.

The Service Information Station is used to demonstrate technicians' ability to retrieve service information from currently accepted industry sources. Tractor-Trailer.net is a Web-based complete service and repair information source for all heavy-duty tractors, dry vans, and reefers dating back to 1990.

Led by the Technology & Maintenance Council (TMC) of American Trucking Associations and organized by TMC's Professional Technician Development Committee (PTDC), TMCSuperTech2006 competition was held in Austin TX recently.

Mitchell 1 also will donate a full year's subscription to its Tractor-Trailer.net online service to the overall Grand Champion of TMC SuperTech2006.
