AmeriResource intends to acquire J&B
AmeriResource Technologies Inc has entered into a letter of intent with Raptor Investments Inc toward acquiring J&B Wholesale Produce Inc.
Raptor was retained by AmeriResource recently to help market its point-of-sales software and self-serve applications through its subsidiary, Self-Serve Technologies Inc. Raptor will search and identify acquisition candidates in the food industry for AmeriResource and help structure and simplify the completion of identified acquisition targets.
J&B Wholesale Produce is a subsidiary of Pompano Beach FL-based Raptor.
