Participating Kenworth dealers now offer a brochure on the Kenworth PremierCare Roadside Assistance program. The program supports both fleets and owner operators — regardless of truck make — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition, calling the Customer Call Center for assistance is free of charge.

A toll-free call to 800-592-7747 connects to the Customer Call Center, which then contacts the nearest dealer.

The Call Center also provides real-time repair updates via the Internet and can track an owner's preference for everything from repair payments to tires. Call Center representatives also communicate diagnosis and repair estimates to fleet headquarters for approval as needed. In addition, the Call Center can schedule regular maintenance at dealerships anywhere in the United States and Canada.
