Metri-Pack connectors from Del City are designed for automotive underhood applications. Terminals snap into place, and rubber seals help prevent corrosion by keeping out moisture. They are also highly resistant to extreme temperatures, various chemicals, and abrasion.

A full Metri-Pack assembly includes housings, terminals, terminal position assurance (TPA), and cavity seals and plugs. Housings come in both male and female styles and in one- through five-way housings. Metri-Pack terminals are tin-plated for added prevention against corrosion. A single tang locks them in place to ensure proper insertion. To help reduce tension between terminal and wire connections, a TPA can firmly hold the terminals within the housings. Self-lubricating silicone cavity seals guard against dust, moisture, and fluids; plugs can be inserted to seal unused cavities also.

Metri-Pack crimping and removal tools are offered. For complete details, contact Del City, 2101 W Camden Rd, Milwaukee WI 53209.
