The board of directors of Hormel Foods Corp, the Austin, MN-based manufacturer and marketer of meat and food products, declared a regular quarterly dividend of 11 and one-quarter cents ($0.1125) per share on the common capital stock of the corporation.
The dividend is to be paid Nov 15, 2004, to stockholders of record at the close of business Oct 23, 2004.
This marks the firm’s 305th consecutive quarterly dividend.
