The Decisiv Service Management Platform (DSMP) is an Internet-based portal that helps streamline maintenance and repair activities by supporting stronger communication and a more efficient service management process between service locations and fleets.
In addition to providing service locations with real-time access to fleet requirements and vehicle specific source information (parts, labor, warranty, and recall information) before any work begins on a vehicle, the system serves as a conduit through which the service write-up is created, negotiated, and approved.
DSMP is currently in use at service centers operated by Volvo Trucks North America, Mack Trucks, Navistar International, and Freightliner Trucks.
