The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co's Commercial Tire group has introduced its new interactive CD-ROM business cards for commercial tire dealers.

Dealer information is printed onto the face of the CD-ROM business card. Within the CD is a complete listing of Goodyear's commercial truck tires, its engineering data book, radial truck tire and retread service manual, and the annual reprint issue of Commercial Tire Maintenance Tips.

The business card is interactive, so viewers can select from various pull-down menus, finding and printing out exactly what they need. Along with tire photos are features/benefits and complete engineering data. By pressing the print icon, viewers can print a brochure for that specific tire.

New tires or retreads can be selected, and users can search by tire size, tire name, or service vocation. The CD-ROM business card is automatic and will work in any IBM-compatible computer with a Pentium processor.
