PAM Transportation Services Inc has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire for cash certain assets of Little Rock AR-based McNeill Trucking Co Inc.

Tontitown AR-based PAM said details of the transaction will not be disclosed until the transaction has been completed, which it expects to happen within 60 days.

McNeill operates 125 tractors and 220 trailers, offering refrigerated and dry van carriage as well as logistics services.

PAM is a truckload dry van carrier that operates in the lower 48 states, Ontario, and Quebec. It also provides transportation services in Mexico under agreements with Mexican carriers.

In February, PAM wrapped up its acquisition of regional truckload operator East Coast Transport.
