Rating guides aid in selection of protection

RefrigiWear has launched its InDuraDex and InDuraSafe rating guides for insulated boots and gloves. The new scale-based guides are designed to help select the best products for hand and feet warmth and protection to match the needs of specific job applications. RefrigiWear's entire line of insulated gloves and boots now includes an InDuraDex or InDuraSafe rating, a system developed by RefrigiWear.

Insulated gloves have an InDuraDex rating, three separate numbers, ranging from one to nine, which measures the individual product's insulation, durability, and dexterity level. The higher the individual number for insulation, durability or dexterity, the higher the performance level of the product. All boots feature the InDuraSafe rating system, which is similar to the InDuraDex rating scale and measures the product's insulation, durability, and slip resistance levels.

InDuraDex and InDuraSafe rating guides are being launched in conjunction with the debut of the company's new Gear Up work wear accessory catalog that features 75 headwear, glove, and footwear items.
