Nederman Inc has unveiled the TrackArm fume extraction system for heavy-duty off-highway, construction, and military machines. A single unit provides pinpoint extraction anywhere within a 23-foot radius. Regardless of a vehicle's parking position, the TrackArm will reach it for exhaust extraction no matter where the tailpipe is placed. Installed with a pivoting track, the flexible arm provides a 180° swing.
The extractor repositions easily, and once in place, stays in position. A user can pull the trolley backward and forward smoothly along the track. A balancer ensures that the nozzle and vertical hose never lie on the floor. The TrackArm comes in three models: vertical hose diameters 4", 6", and 8".
