Ready Pac, Tanimura & Antle to merge

Ready Pac Produce Inc and Tanimura & Antle Inc have finalized an agreement deal to merge Tanimura & Antle's Salad Time operation with Ready Pac. This deal combines Salad Time's six facilities into Ready Pac's production and distribution operation, forming a stronger, wider base for supplying fresh-cut products across North America.

Practically all the 4,000 employees in both firms will keep their positions as associates of the combined organization. Rick Antle will join the Ready Pac board of directors.
