Arsenault Associates has released version 3.3 of the Dossier32 fleet maintenance management software. The program is used by more than 2,500 fleets to control 400,000-plus units with combined operating budgets in excess of $2 billion annually.

Dossier32's Daily Reminder feature automatically tracks and reports preventive maintenance services due or past due, work that is pending, work orders in progress, parts in need of reorder, and parts on back-order. New enhancements include automatic notification of equipment license, registration, permit expirations and insurance renewals, mechanic certification updates, and commercial driver license and physical expirations.

The new automated notification of parts or service warranties while entering repair orders and the production of warranty labels will save time and increase warranty dollars. Automatic benchmarking of average cost and time to perform a particular type of repair or component, based on the fleet's actual repair history, provides a simple way of measuring current performance of maintenance services and costs.
