The FleetCross electronic reference system covers all makes and classes of North American vehicles and is designed for parts and service managers at fleets, dealerships, and independent operations. Created by Service Professionals Inc (SPI), FleetCross is a series of eight service, parts, and labor referencing modules that allow users to find information by vehicle unit or vehicle identification number, cross-reference millions of OEM and aftermarket part numbers, check standard labor allowances, create an order or estimate, manage inventory, and prepare warranty claims.

With VMRS (Vehicle Maintenance Reporting Standard) codes used throughout the system, 1,200-plus manufacturers and more than 15 million parts references are covered, including applications for heavy- and medium-duty vehicles, trailers, buses, light trucks, off-road equipment, and recreational vehicles. Some European vehicle coverage also is available.

FleetCross operates as a standalone system or on a network. Electronic linkage of the eight modules allows for seamless navigation and enables posting to a printable screen, file, or an outside system such as a work order or purchase order.
