Ruan Transportation Management Systems, a privately owned transportation service company, has opened a full-service facility in Hayward CA. Located at 2342 Industrial Parkway in Hayward, the center plans to service a fleet of nearly 200 vehicles. This three-bay facility is equipped with a full-length service pit and a drive-through truck wash bay.
