National Frozen Foods, one of the nation's largest private-label frozen vegetable producers, has chosen to use sales and profit optimization software from SignalDemand. Unlike traditional supply chain systems that focus on cost efficiencies, SignalDemand's products help companies accelerate revenue, profit, and market share growth.

Through implementation of SignalDemand, National Frozen Foods can improve business performance through the optimization of demand, pricing, and production mix, while increasing the accuracy of demand forecasts. Unique to the SignalDemand system is the ability to link demand with supply, formerly independent functions, in a single end-to-end system optimization, unlocking previously hidden margin opportunities.

“The frozen vegetable business is low-margin and extremely competitive, requiring us to continually examine where we can improve our performance. SignalDemand's software allows us to directly connect our production decisions to up-to-date demand realities, allowing us to serve our customers better,” said Dick Grader, president of National Frozen Foods.
