Crown Equipment Corp's Series PE 3560 model rider pallet truck has an “extended lift” feature that elevates the forks and the pallet up to 24". This helps reduce deep bending associated with low level or floor level order picking applications.

The picking cycle begins with empty pallets that are elevated 24". As the pallet is layered with cases, the operator can lower the pallet, keeping the work surface at a comfortable height. The PE 3560 is complemented when the warehouse facility uses raised bottom rack beams.

This truck is available with a 96"-long fork. Truck capacity is 6,000 pounds in the lowered condition and 2,500 pounds from 9.25" to 24". Truck weight increases 930 pounds, and overall truck length increases 7".

Coast control is a standard feature on the PE 3560. Crown offers the QuickPick option which can be used in conjunction with the coast control feature for more efficient order-picking.
