Rich Products subsidiary acquires its rival

Rich-SeaPak Corp has acquired its frozen seafood products competitor, WorldCatch LLC of Seattle WA. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

With annual sales of $20 million, WorldCatch produces ready-to-cook and heat-and-serve seafood products for supermarkets and restaurants.

Rich-SeaPak is a wholly owned subsidiary of Buffalo NY-based Rich Products Corp.
