KLLM receives carrier award from Abbott

KLLM Inc has received the Abbott Laboratories Silver Hawk Quality Carrier Award for 2002. Abbott selected KLLM based upon its on-time delivery performance, operational efficiency, plant support, communications, and claims processing. Stephen Christian, Abbott's director of logistics and customer service, and Jack Rollinger, Abbott's director of transportation operations, presented a commemorative plaque to Jack Liles, KLLM's president and chief executive officer, during the awards ceremony recently in Wadsworth IL.
