FleetPride Inc, an independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck parts, has agreed in principle with Robertson Fleet Service to purchase certain of its assets in Houston TX. The address of this branch is 9133 Wallisville Road.

The transaction is subject to completion of due diligence and a definitive agreement. No terms were disclosed.
