Oberweis Dairy will launch home delivery service to the Milwaukee WI area in April 2004. Bringing back familiar sights and sounds of the milkman, an American icon, the North Aurora IL-based firm will deliver its products including milk, ice cream, eggs, cheeses, meats, orange juice, and desserts.

Oberweis milkmen deliver farm-fresh orders in recyclable glass bottles every day to consumers' doorsteps; specially designed coolers are insulated to ensure quality.

Customers pay a delivery charge ($2.30) for the convenience of having milk delivered directly to their homes.
