Arsenault Associates has created a new service for fleet maintenance management — Arsenault Data Entry Services, or DES. Effective immediately, the DES Group will assess and develop a plan with fleet customers that want to outsource the data entry service of their Dossier software program.

“A customer will still have to provide us with written information on a pre-determined basis,” says Charles Arsenault, president. “We will enter, maintain, and update the information, allowing a customer to view, access, and download his real-time information over the Internet using Arsenault's 24/7 FleetOnline Application Service Provider program.”
