The National Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Association (NFRA) and RQA Inc have formed an industry alliance to offer NFRA members new quality assurance services at a discount price.
RQA provides strategic product development, quality assurance, and crisis management services in the consumer products industry. It serves the foodservice and retail industry including manufacturers, retailers, foodservice operators, distributors, and warehousers.
In the hospitality and foodservice industries, RQA offers services including product development, product sampling, food safety audits, operations, and crisis management for both suppliers and operators. RQA can also meet retail needs including data collection, product sampling, retail quality audits, product and package assessments, and product retrieval. Along the food supply chain, RQA helps customers meet regulatory requirements and ensure crisis readiness.
NFRA members can also benefit from other related products and services offered in coordination with RQA such as Contaminated Product Insurance from AON and AIG and TRAP-IT Security Planning software. A dedicated RQA account manager will work with NFRA members to offer a large array of services at special member pricing.
