Rich Products Corp is using the CHEP pallet pooling system for frozen distribution to in-store bakery and food service customers in the United States and Canada. The move has resulted in a more productive flow of goods through the company’s distribution channels, and increased efficiencies for Rich Products’ customers.

“The CHEP pallet is performing exceptionally well in our plants, PRWs, and throughout the supply chain. We expect that over time it will help reduce our overall supply chain costs,” said Jay Rich III, director–3PL and customer projects, Rich Products.

Buffalo NY-based Rich Products has chosen the CHEP program as part of an initiative to reduce product damage, loading and unloading time, and labor to handle pallets.
