• PWC group forms ‘A New Logistics Leader’

    The PWC Logistics group of companies is rebranding the company by unveiling a new company name and logo: Agility.

    The PWC Logistics group of companies, which includes GeoLogistics, Transoceanic, and Trans-Link, is rebranding the company by unveiling a new company name and logo: Agility. This rebranding and its new theme, “A New Logistics Leader,” completes the integration of services across PWC Logistics' group of companies.

    Agility is a 20,000-employee company with more than 450 offices in 100-plus nations. Publicly traded, it generates annual revenues of US $4.5 billion and offers a portfolio of freight management and customized logistics services globally.

    Launch of the Agility brand is the first phase of the plan to migrate from the existing names to Agility. This transition is expected to be completed by 2008.
