For nearly three years, Kastalon Inc's Fork-Kushions have been reducing forklift truck damage and improving profits by providing cushioning protection from marring, denting, and other forms of damage.

Fork-Kushions are mounted directly to the upright face of the fork using specially designed permanent mounting brackets. The cushion then slides into the bracket. There are five styles to choose from. The “Ultra Soft” offers dense cushioning for fragile handling. The “Soft” is best suited for lightweight material, and the “Medium” is considered to be all-purpose. In addition, “Cut-Resistant” and “Maximum-Impact” models accommodate extremely heavy objects such as steel coils.

Kastalon has introduced the next-generation Fork-Kushion that makes the installation process even easier with a specially designed adhesive primer and industrial grade VHB tape.
