Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) is initiating a United States biodiesel feasibility study in conjunction with recent legislation approved in Minnesota to encourage biodiesel production. The study will be centered around the Mankato MN area where ADM has a soybean crushing and vegetable oil refining facility.
