Eleven topics are covered including the hazmat table, documentation, marking, labeling, placarding, loading/unloading, load segregation, packaging, incident reporting, and emergency response. A section on hazmat security is also included, with recommended practices. For each topic, the handbook includes information regarding what the regulations are, what the hazards are, what procedures employees should follow.

The 80-page handbook uses easy-to-understand language and full-color illustrations to emphasize key points and enhance readability.
