@Road announces its newest hosted application for field force productivity, TimeConnect. This application allows for automatic capture and transmittal of time and task details using a GPS-enabled phone with Nextel service. TimeConnect is a free feature for @Road Pocket Edition and Pathway customers, and is available for Nextel's i58, i88 and i730 phones by Motorola.

TimeConnect's one-button command lets mobile workers choose from a variety of pre-selected messages to automatically record shift and job start and stop times; task start and stop times during a job; and break and finish times right from their handset.

@Road also announced the availability of GeoManager Pocket Edition and Pathway services for Nextel's i730 color phone by Motorola, the third handset model compatible with @Road MRM services. @Road subscribers can also configure their i730 phones to automatically launch MRM services when the phones are powered on.
