    New York-based meat processor and distributor Diamond Ranch Foods Ltd has completed a merger with MBC Food Corp. According to Philip Serlin, chief operating officer of Diamond Ranch Foods, the new company has an anticipated revenue base of more than $8 million.

    Originally, Diamond Ranch Foods' area of operation was the New York metropolitan area. With this merger, it becomes one of the leading hamburger manufacturers in the United States, delivering on a bi-weekly basis from Maine to Florida, and from the East Coast as far west as Ohio.
