GE Fleet Services has completed its acquisition of Minneapolis MN-based Wells Fargo Fleet Services, which has $68.3 million in assets and about 5,700 commercial vehicles under lease and service management. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Eden Prairie MN-based GE Fleet Services is a global fleet management company with operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. It is a unit of GE Equipment Management.
