Tripmaster Corp has announced the pending release of its new route mapping software, Tripmaster Maps. This software will allow route managers and dispatch personnel to call up a visual reference of each route to see the actual progression of each vehicle as compared with the route plan.

When used with Tripmaster Routes software, Maps functions as an overlay, to provide an easy-to-read reference on actual route progression versus the route plan. By clicking on any planned stop, state line crossing, or other icons, text boxes open to provide appropriate information to the dispatcher. The stop information displayed includes early, on-time, and late indicators, as well as planned, unplanned, or out-of-sequence stops. Any exception codes relating to stop status are also displayed to provide the reasons for any route time or sequence deviations. Additional setup features can provide more detail if needed.
